2. Visa Processing & Legal Disclaimer

Dhaka Holiday acts as an expert documentation consultancy and travel assistance advisory. We assist clients in gathering, auditing, and submitting visa applications for destinations including but not limited to United Kingdom (UK), Canada, Schengen Countries, United States of America (USA), Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, and Umrah (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).

• Clients must furnish genuine, authentic, and accurate documentation. Providing forged documents will lead to immediate cancellation of service and potential diplomatic bans.
• Estimated processing times are guidelines issued by embassies and are subject to unforeseen government backlogs.

3. Flight Ticketing Regulations

Dhaka Holiday issues flight tickets through accredited airline global distribution networks (including Biman Bangladesh Airlines, Emirates, Qatar Airways, Saudia, Singapore Airlines, and over 150 partner airlines). All flight bookings are governed by the specific Conditions of Carriage set forth by the operating airline.

• Passenger Name Accuracy: Passenger names must exactly match the machine-readable bio page of the traveler's passport. Airlines generally prohibit complete name changes once a ticket is issued.
• Schedule Modifications: Airlines reserve the right to modify flight timetables, aircraft types, or routes. We will notify you promptly upon receiving schedule alerts from the airline.
• Baggage Allowances: Baggage weight and piece policies differ between fare classes and airlines. It is the passenger's duty to adhere to stated allowances.

4. Holiday Tours & Land Packages

Our holiday packages are curated arrangements combining accommodations, guided sightseeing, and transfers.

• Accommodation Check-in: Standard international hotel check-in is typically 14:00 or 15:00, and check-out is 11:00 or 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and local surcharges.
• Itinerary Order: Guided excursion schedules may be adjusted locally due to weather conditions, traffic restrictions, or public holidays, while maintaining the overall package scope.

5. Pricing & Payment Policy

All prices are quoted and charged in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). We accept cash, bKash, Nagad, major debit/credit cards, and bank transfers via secure payment channels to ensure complete transaction security.

Full payment or agreed deposit milestones must be satisfied before final visa submission, flight ticket ticketing, or hotel voucher issuance.

6. Client Responsibilities & Travel Validity

Travelers bear the sole ultimate responsibility for possessing:

• A valid national passport with a minimum of 6 months validity remaining beyond the intended return date.
• Appropriate transit visas when transiting through intermediate countries.
• Required health certificates, mandatory vaccinations, and comprehensive medical travel insurance.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp. Cancellation penalties, administrative fees, and refundable percentages vary by service category.

8. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

Dhaka Holiday is not liable for failures or delays resulting from events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure), including war, terrorism, natural disasters, civil unrest, airport strikes, epidemic quarantines, or sudden changes in diplomatic border controls.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms, contracts, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. The competent courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes.
